Nearly 500 people came out to celebrate with the DramaFever Team last Thursday at Circle Nightclub in New York City. DJ Aki warmed up the crowd, and then Kelly Zen-Yie Tsai, Taiyo Na and Magnetic North rocked the party on stage! It was an incredible way to kick off DramaFever.com going live!
Thanks to everyone that made it out, and thanks to everyone that was there in spirit!

I attended the DramaFever Launch party because a friend of mine had to go.. At first i felt out of place, but after the night went on I made a couple of friends and enjoyed my night. It was a great party with awesome artists! Great job guys and good luck!

The party looks great. Wish I could have been there. DramaFever rocks.

I didn’t quite get the part about having to wait on a line on the street for 45 minutes (was it to make a good photo op?), but other than that it was fun.

I liked the party, but the photographer focused too much on taking pictures of only asians. Please have an open mind next time MR. PHOTOGRAPHER.
SEE ALL THE EVIDENCE ABOVE.
C August 11th, 2009 5:28 pm
Maybe because there were mostly Asian Americans at the party, Marie. And even so, I don’t see “only asians” in the “evidence” above. Please do a reality check on your self-righteousness next time.
Max August 11th, 2009 7:25 pm
marie charles, I don’t mind more white women at these type of parties. =)
tiga August 11th, 2009 9:25 pm
Seriously, and i didn’t mind all the Asian and Asian-American men… ;p But then again, I was there to have a good time, not take a head count! Enjoyed myself immensely and so did my friend who was visiting from Korea. He was glad I asked him to come along with me. We had a great time! Although he was overwhelmed by the beauties having a good time… ;D

WOW @ MC, I see what she’s sayin but I don’t really care. Open your eyes, 90% of the crowd was Asian/Asian american. Nothing but beautiful women all around I might add. I’m African-American and was photographed inside the club but through the process of elimination I assume, that picture didn’t show up (I’m not mad) but I’m still shown above. I’m sure thousand of pictures were probably taken but they can’t possibly show all of them, can they?

@marie charles: This blog post is not intended to be the complete photo gallery. As you may have noticed, this page loads slower with the current number of photos. We’re been working on a new photo gallery that will load faster, have a much better user experience, and also allow many more photos. Hopefully this will be up by end of the week. Stay tuned!

Please do come to Chicago. There are many Korean Drama fans here, both Asian and not.

Congrats on a successful event!
Sorry to have missed the party. I initially intended to go but worsening headaches made it impossible.
Any possibility of an encore party? ^_^
