Filipino dramas join the DramaFever library today with the hits Timeless, Chances, and More Than Love! DramaFever has partnered with ABS-CBN, Southeast Asia’s number one TV network, to bring you these hit teleseryes (aka Filipino or Tagalog dramas) for a limited time. We hope you enjoy these great dramas and we need to hear from you - what other teleseryes do you want on DramaFever?

We should have been more clear about “limited time only“. We’re unsure of how much you, the DramaFever fans, want teleseryes added on DramaFever. If there’s a strong user demand, we’ll be able to bring more teleseryes titles to DramaFever – and we’d like you to help us make that happen. We need some way to measure your interest, so we set up three: 1. view counts of Chances, Timeless and More Than Love; 2. joining the teleseryes Facebook fan page; and 3. vote in the teleseryes poll on the right side of the DF blog.

We’d gotten a number of feedback emails asking us for dubbed versions instead of subtitles. A number of you told us you prefer not to read subtitles. When we learned ABS-CBN had dubbed versions available, we decided to give it a try. Some of you may prefer subs, and some of you may prefer dubs. As always, we’ll be listening to your feedback.

I don't get it. Why is it limited time and for how long? I just noticed that the only Filipino drama I want to watch has a total of 163 episodes. That's discouraging for me anyway but now with this limited time only makes me that much worried. Is it worthwhile starting when it's only for limited time?

I don't think I have properly paid my respects before, but I want to officially say that this site is amazing. Thank you for providing more dramas for us to watch. However I am curious as to why the Filipino dramas are only available for a limited time. Also, is there any time frame as to when we can expect to see Japanese, Taiwanese, or Chinese dramas? Thank you again. Keep up the good work!

At first reading about teleseryes dramas coming to Dramafever I was extremely excited. Limited time? Next week? Next month? Next year? I guess I won't waste my time on teleseryes dramas with such vague information. It would be greatly disappointing to start watching these and miss out on episodes because of time limitations. As for myself, I tend to take my time while watching dramas and enjoy the. I don't like feeling rushed. No thanks on expanding teleseryes with that kind on marketing ploy. An availability date would be helpful. I noticed that these dramas are dubbed in english, wonder how the Tagalog speaking audience will respond to this. Personally, I think it takes away from the artistic value.

i think they mean limited time only because they want to see if you want to watch teleseryes. if no one wants teleseyres, then they won't keep adding them. instead of complaining like brats, why don't you show some love and say "add more"? I SAY ADD MORE TELESEYRES!!!

Just started watching the first few minutes of Maging SIno Ka Man and I am really REALLY disappointed with the English overdub :(. Why did you choose that route? It sounds horrible for one and the emotions really aren't in it. That and some of the translation gets taken away. I've seen the DVDs available and I KNOW there are English subtitles just like with Korean dramas. I am more than excited to see teleseryes to come to dramafever as a nonTagalog speaking Pilipino American but I prefer to hear the native tongue with English subs. More dramas to consider: Walang Kapalit (Irreplaecable), Sa Piling Mo, I love Betty Le Fea, Kahit Isang Saglit, Dyosa Thank you dramafever!

why are these Teleseryes dubbed in English? and I don't get the limited time thing? What's that suppose to mean? I am extremely disappointed and I don't like it! The way to watch Teleseryes is to watch it in the original Tagalog audio and just put English subtitles along it. Dubbing these teleseryes loose the unique-ness of the Filipino language. Why are the Korean Dramas in this website remain their original audio? Might as well keep the original audio the same for the teleseryes. I was expecting these teleseryes to be in the original Tagalog audio, and I suggest to re-upload all the teleseryes with the original Tagalog audio,and subtitle it! I am truly disappointed with the idea of English dubbing. When putting these Teleseryes on this website, PLEASE preserve the original tagalog audio,and PLEASE respect the beautiful Tagalog language we have. hii i am a big fan of dramafever and the site has yet to let me down.. I have suggested a korean drama be added once and it was done. I am a very satisfied subscriber.. and i would love to see Filipino dramas be added to the site which will make it even better. However, I tried to watch one of the filipino telesrye on here today and was a bit disappointed to know that the entire language has been translated to ENGLISH.. i think it should just be left alone and included with subtitles as with the other dramas.. in my opinion it is better this way.. thanks for what you guys have done!! -happy costumer (:

Okay, first things first: I would love to see more Filipino shows on DramaFever. The problem is, if all of the dramas are going to be dubbed like the first three being shown here, I don't think I'll ever get past a few minutes to watch it (atrocious dubbing is atrocious). Is there no way for you guys to just get subtitles instead of dubs? As far as I see nobody's been complaining of subs as of yet, and being long-time Asian drama fanatics as some of us are, we're USED to it. If the other titles that will be shown here come with subtitles and the original audio, then I'll definitely watch it.

Thank you for adding teleseryes to DramaFever. I am very pleased that more people will be exposed to teleseryes or Filipino dramas. Of the three teleseryes, Timeless is the only one I haven't seen yet. However, I am very disappointed that the videos are DUBBED and NOT SUBBED. As a Filipino, I am very proud of my own culture, and I am very disappointed that only the teleseryes are dubbed. These teleseryes are very popular not only in the Philippines, but all over the world. By dubbing these teleseryes instead of subbing them, I am afraid that the story and essence of the drama will not be appreciated. The emotion and tone of the story changes with dubbing. I would grealty appreciate it if you can think about the decision to dub teleseryes and realize that subbing them would be the better option. Not only because I want the Filipino language to be heard and experienced, but because people can learn from culture and language through subbing. I greatly enjoyed kdramas and have learned some Korean culture through the subbed dramas. With these dubbed videos, I am afraid that instead of promoting and sharing great teleseryes, people would not be able to appreciate them and instead would despise them and not watch them. Thank you again for adding teleseryes to the list of dramas, but I would like to kindly ask DramaFever to either sub them or not have them at all.

I would be interested in watching if it is not the dubbed version. It makes the drama sounds funny and takes away emotions from the acting. It's very distracting and makes watching not enjoyable. I much prefer subtitles

I'm excited to see something more than Korean dramas on here, but the fact that it's dubbed is really off-putting. I don't understand the why it's different from the korean dramas. Also, I'm seconding the request about Japanese, Taiwanese, and Chinese dramas. As much as I like Korean ones, I'd like to see others too. Thanks so far!

After sbak explained the confusion around “limited time only” I decided to start watching Chances, (Sana Maulit Muli). Watched five minutes then I had to stop. Please remove these dramas and see if ABS-CBN will offer the orginal undubbed but english subbed version. I agree with all above that the english dubbing takes away from the artist value the acters give when filming. By the way - I am not "complaining like brats", just giving feedback with hopes of improving this wonderfull web site. The costumer is always right.

I was really disappointed to see these dubbed. I was really excited about watching them, but the dubbing killed it for me. It makes the entire show seem awkward, like the original feeling is not properly displayed by voice overs. Please release teleseryes (and re-release the ones you have up now) as subbed versions!

It was very exciting to finally be able to view Filipino movies on dramafever. With much anticipation, I waited for almost two months to be able to view them and be able to hear or listen to my native tongue (since I have not been back home for over 40 years). My thoughts, NOW, I can finally share the language to my sons, the natural state to which the language is spoken. However, my excitement became one of unnecessary anxiety when after viewing first episode of one of the movies that it was DUBBED IN ENGLISH instead of Tagalog being spoken. I immediately viewed the remaining two Filipino movies and it was apparent that these were also DUBBED IN ENGLISH; thus, my biggest disappointment indeed. Is there a way where these Tagalog movies be viewed with ENGLISH SUBTITLES? i.e., Korean, Japanese and Chinese movies..

I voted no but that's because I'm biased & selfish. I have no interest in Filipino dramas so of course I don't want more of them uploaded, especially if that takes bandwidth and promotion away from dramas I actually care about. (Finding out that the Filipino dramas are also dubbed-- yeah, a world of no. Practically a universe of no. I don't watch dubs of anything after being burned by bad adaptations. Dubs can completely ruin the story by taking away the heart and feel of the original language.) Hosting jdramas would no doubt expensive and nearly impossible, given how much control the networks like to keep over their properties (and how much control Johnny & others like him want to have over how their artists are used). More kdramas, please! :D And I second an earlier recommendation, Taiwanese dramas! You can't go wrong with Hana-Kimi(!!!), Rolling Love, or ToGetHer-- and even the classic Mars would be greatly appreciated, I believe.

I say keep adding them but only if its in its original format with NO DUB. We should enjoy all dramas as they were intended to be watched. I encourage the addition of more asian dramas from other countries but will not watch them if they are dubbed.

First of all im disappointed that they changed the language to english . we want to watch and support this ! BUT please dont change the audio just put an english sub. I was totally excited when i saw the Teleseryes? that they called but when i heard it that it was english and not tagalog. my excitement was gone. lol but it was OK .. Thank you for bringing Filipino Dramas but why the dub. The dubbing was awful and the emotions of the characters were lost. Please keep the original language. Let the Koreans have an appreciation of the Tagalog language as we all appreciate Kdramas in Hangul.

I am a paying member of DramaFever and I love your dramas. I was excited to hear that you will be featuring Filipino teleseryes. THANKS! However, what disappointed me the most was the dubbs. They sounded so CARTOONISH and just ruined it for me. Is it possible to get the subbs rather than the dubbs? Please keep the Filipino dramas coming but please keep only subbs. We are used to reading the English subbs.

I have to admit that I was extremely excited when I saw that Filipino teleseryes were added to the queue. I am trying to learn Tagalog and what better was to learn than being able to hear it spoken. However, I was VERY disappointed to see that the dramas was dubbed into English. The reason why I love Asian dramas so much is that you can enjoy the uniqueness of them and this involves their respective languages. I would love to see more Filipino teleseryes on Dramafever but they need to be subtitled just like the rest of the dramas. A drama's characters and plot is nothing without a great script and I'm sorry to say it but the dub's script is not that great. Besides this little complaint, I think you guys do a great job bringing dramas to everyone! Filipino teleseryes seem to get overlooked or quickly dismissed by the whole drama community and it's amazing to see DramaFever take an interest in them! Thanks!

Yesssss! more filipino dramas would be very nice! BUT i personally think that the dubbed versions aren't good at all... dubbed versions of ANYTHING aren't close to as good as the original. It doesn't show the same feelings and personalities that the characters have in the drama. Other than that.. this site is by far the best site to watch HQ dramas in! Thanks for the hard work =)

It wass exciting to finally be able to view Filipino drama on DramaFever. However, I was disappointed after watching the first episode of one of the dramas that it was dubbed in English instead of subbed. It takes away the artist's value and the essence of the whole drama, because the dubbed didn't fit the characters original emotions and personalities. ABS-CBN has dubbed these dramas for international releases or distributions, but unfortunately, DramaFever viewer are used to subs not dubs. ABS-CBN should have preserved the original Tagalog language and be proud of their own Filipino Dramas. Beside this comment, I would like to thank DramaFever and all it's subscribers/viewers for supporting Filipino Dramas. MARAMING SALAMAT PO.

So, I started watching Chances (Sana Maulit Muli) which is my first Filipino drama. I was quite surprised when all of a sudden, they started speaking English. I've never heard Tagalog being spoken before, but preserving the original is always better than having it dubbed over. :D So, if you could, please upload the regular episodes with subtitles. ^^ Much appreciation. Also, recommendations, I would recommend anything with Gerald Anderson in it. :D Like, Tayong Dalawa and My Girl (Filipino one). I would really like to experience them. It is a very unique adventure. And I totally second (or third, whatever) the motion to have Taiwanese and Chinese dramas up. :D I love dramafever for the HD quality (I'm an HD freak, if the quality is really bad, I can't stand to watch it) and it would be great to see the expansion to other series. One more thing, I noticed the total amount of episodes aren't up (after I looked at the number of episodes and there was like 446596464 episodes, I noticed there was only 20 episodes up) so I am just wondering if it will be uploaded depending on the decision to keep Filipino dramas. Thanks.

Although I am very thankful that you've considered adding Filipino dramas, I am not a fan of the dubbing. I am agreeing with the most of you. Please do get rid of the dubbing, Dramafever. Isn't Tagalog a beautiful language as well? Let it be heard. :)

I would really much rather see them in their original tagalog than dubbed. I will not watch them dubbed most likely. Just like the korean dramas, please keep them english subtitled. I love that you guys are branching out! Please add the Bud Brothers Series!

I'm really happy that you've added Filipino dramas! Especially "Chances" or "Sana Maulit Muli" .. But the English dub sort of threw me off, and not in a good way. It sounds awkward and not really pleasant to hear especially if you've watched the drama before. Having English subs, in my opinion is much better. In a cultural sense, I think it'd be better to actually hear the Filipino language.

i'll have to put my vote in for having filipino dramas subbed instead of dubbed. i watched the first few minutes of 'chances' and i would have to say it does sound awkward. i wanted to watch it having heard that it is a very good drama but the dubbing puts me off. thank you for uploading teleseryes. i hope to see more on dramafever, eng subbed not dubbed though :)

people don't want to read subtitles on a site that's dedicated to subtitled korean television dramas? hahaha. i say get rid of the dubs. i was willing to give "chances" a chance, but the english dub on it totally killed that off. it sounds ridiculous and laughably bad. i feel like i'm watching one of those old kung fu movies or something. just awful.

Please, no english dubbed videos..... English SUBS only. The dubbed version takes away from the acting, chemistry, and the overall feel of the drama. SUBS only PLEASE!!!! Dubbed is for lazy people who do not want to read. I love to read, and I love to hear the native language. It's also a learning experience for me, because I pick up new words in that language. In the short time I have been watching Kdramas, I have a list of words now that I can easily understand.

I would love if you use English sub only (like Korean drama) it makes more sense to hear the real Filipino drama. It doesn't sound right to make it English version because those people who played with it it's not the real people who speak English so please English sub only if you continue to include Teleseryes in your site. l tried watching Maging Sino Ka Man but stopped because it was dubbed in English.So l stopped watching it. l want to watch the teleserye in TAGALOG. What's the use of watching the drama if it's not in it's native language. Do you do that to the Korean Dramas you're showing? lf you don't do it to the Koreans then don't do it to the Filipinos!!!!!!!!

I love the fact that dramafever is expanding and adding Filipino dramas! I prefer subtitles and not the horrible english dub that is given. I rather hear the original dialogue in Tagalog and read the subtitles. The dubbing takes away from the original emotions of the characters. Filipino dramas have a lot to offer as well, can't we respect it by keeping the original language?

I would like more filipino teleseryes on this page and the three teleseryes that you have right now are perfect because those are the dramas i missed watching because I didnt have TFC channel. Finally!! I've been waiting for teleseryes online since I cut off cable. So, thank you Drama Fever!! I haven't been up-to-date with Filipino dramas, but I would like to see more of the new ones. And please, get rid of the dubbing, instead of feeling the drama while watching it, it just ruins it. That's my only disappointment. I suppost teleseryes being shown in DramaFever and it would stay forever not just for a limited time.

I'm a big time dramafever fan..I love the Filipino movies..When I saw it released I was so excited and I watched the very first part...I could not stand the english dubbed version I hated it..It sound so cheap and not professional made movies, so I changed back to the Korean drama..I love the Filipino drama and I prefered to listen to the Filipino beautiful language and have the english subtitles..Please re-consider and play the Filipino dramas just like the Korean dramas...Thank you so much..

Thank you Dramafever for providing quality shows for my viewing. I prefer the English subtitles with the native language in play. Although I am a American of Chinese descent and do not speak Korean, I enjoy the rhythm of native language as I watch the drama. English dubbing generally does not convey the sense of the conversation that one hears as well as the culture. Reading subtitles takes a bit of discipline and forces one to concentrate on the drama itself and thereby enriching one's experience. If Dramafever wants to offer both option to the viewer, I would not object. However, please stay with the English subtitles. I have been extremely impressed with the English subtitles in the Korean dramas that I have been watching. When I was growing up and watching foreign movies, I use to laugh so hard over the mistranslation in the Chinese films. Hopefully, they are better now.

I love that Dramafever has decided to expand to Filipino dramas. I've never seen any from that region and I'm really excited to branch out. But I would have to say that I enjoy the original language with subtitles. Being a huge fan of telenovelas as well, I think that Dramafever should keep gathering different drama series from other countries. Its hard to find subs and complete telenovelas so you might attract more people to the website.

I was wondering if I would have a chance to comment on this topic... I am so glad that DF thought enough of us Asian drama fans to add Filipino dramas, however, I can't watch it if its dubbed in English. Its too painful. I was so excited and even started one of the dramas but within the first few mins I had to stop it.I'm not sure how this works and if the only dramas available are dubbed or if Filipino eng subbbed dramas are rare, I just hope that if DF is going to add new shows that the dubbing won't be an issue and its just subbed. I am grateful that these shows were added, and I hope that DF adds Mandarin language dramas as well. Just no dubbing please (if you can)! Thank you.

Aren't we lucky enough to have these Teleserye in Drama Fever. Thank you very much for the organizers and promoters. There is one thing that I would like to comment about though, these people that make comments about it's being dubbed in English, what's your problem with that? You should be thankful that Drama Fever added it to their list. Why not just try supporting the host so that you can feed your addiction to it. This could be the main reason why it's limited, instead of being thankful you guys are being ungrateful. Jerks.

for me if the drama is in tagalog or whatever language it is,I would say it should have an English dubbed or print the translation on a screen if the movies or dramas are shown to other countries that dont speak or understand the language.

Excellent Dramas!!! Congratulations on bringing Tagalog Teleseryes! I'm confused tho' of your "limited time only" offer. Are you gonna finished the whole series? Please clarify! I actually started watching "Sana'y Wala ng Wakas", and got me worried you'll stop broadcasting them anytime you want them to. Please don't, that's gonna be so heartbreaking. Also, very bad audio. Is there a way you could make it better than as it is now? Like I expected from DramaFever to deliver High Quality audio and sound. One more importnat issue, please don't dub. Keep its original audio language spoken (Tagalog). Dubbing losses something (emotions, translations, artistry). I wanna hear the actors' (leads, supporting, and backgrounds) voices. Please maintain these teleseryes. Many would support these because there are many filipinos (overpopulated) LOL.I'm totally serious that this project will be in demand. And one more request (IMPORTANT: CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM) please substitute dubs with subtitles. Dubs overpowers the emotions of the actors. It would be way better without the dubs! Please upload the drama "Impostora" starring Sunshine Dizon and Iza Calzado (GMA-7) great actors and it will potentially be of interest by International Viewers. Loved the idea of Filipino teleseryes added,but awkward to hear the English dubs. Totally disappointed with the dubbing. Like Kdramas, I enjoy the emotions,cultural differences, and acting clarity of the actors/actresses when the original language is spoken. What a surprise to see that dramafever added teleseryes! I haven't watched dramafever for a while and I was excited to see Filipino dramas on this website. I have always been a big fan of Kdramas and jdramas so decided to give filipino dramas a try. After watching "Timeless" I don't think i could watch anymore of this. The storyline was great but the dubbing was awful!! I agree with majority of the comments above. The dubbing takes away from the story. It's like watching animes where sometimes the feeling the drama is trying to evoke is just not there. Please keep the original drama and SUB!! I wouldn't mind watching it again. And thank you for the great work!! And if u decide to branch out some more please add Japanese dramas!!! LOVE you guys and more power!

Hi, I'm a Filipino-American here in the U.S. & I prefer to watch SANAY WALA NANG WAKAS in its original Tagalog dubbing, not the English you have it in now. There's a big difference in hearing the original Tagalog sound, it's better. The English dubbing is not as good. I, too, vote for the Philippine adaptation of the Korean drama, "My Girl". Let it become the litmus test if you want to see how many of your visitors (subscribers or not) would enjoy Filipino dramas. Make it the first teleserye series with the original vocal tracks intact and just subtitle it. I enjoy watching different genres from different countries, and it's about time that we all get exposed to Filipino talent and give some of them some credit for painting a different picture of life in the Philippines. We don't hear a whole lot about the Philippines that doesn't involve some disaster, coup d'etat, or tragedy. Let's get to know the Philippine people through their dramas.

I am very disappointed to find that the Filipino t.v. series have been dubbed in English. I was expecting to find English subtitles and watch Timeless in Tagalog. I appreciate foreign movies and I hate when movies are dubbed over. I think the dubbing will definitely turn people off who really want to enjoy an authentic FIlipino movie/show. I think that the best way to gauge whether dramafever users are really interested in Filipino movies is to put more FIlipino content without the dubbing. Thank you. (I guess I'll just watch some Korean shows then because there's no dubbing there)

I am happy to have found this wonderful site. I am a non tagalog speaker and i have been looking for an English dubbed or subbed version of Timeless for almost a year. I am really grateful that i can watch it dubbed in English. I prefer that to the subtitles. For those of you who are complaining, the tagalog version (no dubs or subs) is available in DVD sets. So please stop trying to get in the way of those who dont understand tagalog but who really enjoy Filipino dramas. A lot of Africans would be thrilled to find out that Timeless is available on the net in English. Might I also suggest that you add Pangako Sa'yo and Dahil May Isang Ikaw in English (preferably dubbed) soon? I cant wait to spread the word. This is gonna make a lot of people happy!

@Yedidya Asnake, It's not that we're complaining really. We're thankful that Dramafever are adding Filipino dramas but it's just not the same. The English dubbed are more distracting and most of us would much prefer the English subtitles without the dubbing. Plus, I would love to hear more of the tagalog language anyway!

I would love to watch teleseryes on dramafever, but please leave the original title and audio and just sub them in english just like the kdramas we watch. I have watched those 3 teleseryes a long time ago on TFC and wanted to watch one of them again but was disappointed because it was dubbed in english and I just couldn't continue watching. Please add more teleseryes that were recently shown in the Philippines.

I prefer for the dramas to have subtitles because I am trying to learn how to speak Filipino, and it will help me to read the words at the bottom of the screen. Thank you, and thank you for making these titles available. :D

I considered giving Filipino dramas a try, but the voice acting was stilted and didn't sound good or natural. If in the subtitled version, their real voices are equally stilted and awkward, I wouldn't be surprised. A friend recommended that I watch one of them (I tried Timeless) but the voices were so distracting and off-putting that I really couldn't stand it. If non-dubbed yet subtitled version could be released, I would be willing to try again. Is there no way to have both the dubbed and subbed available? If only one can be made available, I would emphatically suggest that it be the subtitled version. Thank you for your time.

I am Filipino and even my patriotism won't allow me to sit painfully through these dubbed versions of teleserye. It sounded so awkward and made me cringe to hear it. I am a huge fan of dramafever and its content but it has been more than a year since everybody's crying out for the subbed versions, PLEASE replace it with the original teleserye audio with English subtitles. Thank you!

Can you please upload "Hiram" also known as "borrowed hearts" or "Stolen Moments" its been so long I haven't watch this Filipino Teleserye. I really want to watch this, it was aired on 2004 at the Philippines. I am truly sure that most Filipinos' or Filipina desire to watch this touching teleserye. I am sure you will like it and other people because it is heart warming, appreciative, and touching. Thank-you.. Hope you upload it soon. :) Thank-you. I'm not filipino so obviously i would want to watch the series in english but the problem is your website works only in north america. What about the rest of the world? I live in south africa and i tried to watch the episodes of timeless but couldn't for the above mentionned reason. Do you realise that you're missing a big audiance because in africa the filipino dramas are big hits but many just disregard us. Can you please make your website available to the rest of the world so we can all enjoy the filipino dramas? I'll be waiting.

If subs could be done, that would be preferable. Also any drama by Marian Rivera (like Dyesebel, or MariMar) would be awesome, i know some of those are from another network but if its possible I swear there will be uber smiles everywhere! Plus if they have adaptations of famous dramas like You're Beautiful, BOF, Hana Kimi etc those would be fun to watch too =]
