I have sent the following in an email, but as I don't seem to be getting a reply, I will be posting it every where you post about the new viewer. While I appreciate the continued attempt to improve, this new viewer has a lot of issues and it would be nice if you stopped forcing us to use it until they are resolved. I have posted several times, and I have sent direct email detailing these issues to you and they have not been addressed. When I change to full viewing, change font size, or color, the subtitles go off track and I am unable to fix it until I completely shut Dramafever down and reload. This means I am stuck in small screen since I am viewing on a laptop. There is an issue when I pause the video and switch to another window, when I resume it says that the media can not be played and I am forced to refresh the screen and it starts over from the beginning. Since you have that atrocious red bar (which is an issue itself), it has become very difficult to return to exactly where I was when I paused the viewer. If I try to use high resolution, I have to buffer constantly, and since I am able to use high rez elsewhere, I know it is not my internet connection. It would be fine if the viewer let us buffer for high rez, but it doesn't. I know I am not the only one with these issues. I've been following the comments each time you post about the new viewer. It would be nice if we had a choice as to which viewer we used. The old viewer is only a problem with Running Man and Strong Heart, and I can live with those small issues if it means not having to put up with the rest of this mess. I can't take advantage of any of the new benefits of the new viewer.

still does not give the option for subtitles in Spanish, I deleted the cache, history as you have suggested.

It is great the availability of subtitles in spanish. Please make them available in Roku as well. Also a suggestion, the subtitles for Roku can you make them in another color or with a black line. They are sometimes hard to read. Thanks!

no aparecen la opcion subtitulos en espallol solo en ingles o ninguno en los titulos que ustedes mencionan o es porque los subtitulos en espallol todavia no estan vigentes

The spanish option is not available yet... when is it going to work? I dont mind reading in english, but is not my first language so I'm a little slow when I read the subs in the dramas. :S
