We’re happy to introduce Jeremy MacKechnie, DramaFever’s new Community Support Manager. In addition to assisting DramaFever users, he’ll be a liaison between you and our other teams as we continue to make user happiness our top priority. I’m excited to join the team at DramaFever as the first Community Support Manager. I have over four years of experience in Support at web companies getting my start in Buenos Aires, Argentina with the nonprofit organization Idealist.org and most recently at Aereo, Inc., a technology platform that gives you access to live, broadcast TV over the Internet.

My priority is getting you the answers to the questions that you have as quickly as possible so you can sit back and enjoy your favorite dramas. More than that, I will use your feedback to push for improvements at DramaFever so the next person that comes to the site won’t need to ask me for help.
