According to the public relations company behind the KBS program Oohlala Couple, Shin Hyun Joon cooked a traditional feast for a fan who lives in Mapo District, western Seoul. The lucky viewer got to taste Shin’s cooking, as he had promised  to treat a fan to a feast ahead of Oohlala Couple‘s airing if the program became No.1 in its time slot. Sure enough, the show made No.1 on its first episode and Shin Hyun Joon was obliged to follow through on his promise. The PR company said that he even went shopping for the groceries and did the dishes. After they were done, he commented on how he had a good time, almost like it was spending time with family.

Wouldn’t it be nice if more stars made promises like this? Whose cooking or baking would YOU like to sample?
