By this point we’ve seen Psy’s “Gangnam Style” performed by farmers, seven-year-olds, high school students, and a mob of Santas…but opera? I think it’s safe to say we never thought we’d see the day.

The day is here! Radio-Television of Slovenia recently aired this performance by Jure Godler, Slovenian writer and composer, singing an operatic version of “Gangnam Style.” Arranged for orchestra and a prominently displayed timpani player who keeps time as Godler sings, this performance is now in the running for best-ever version of the hit song.
