At least that’s what netizens are saying based on the photo. Um, ok, I see him looking down, but not at her chest. Besides who would really be so bold as to perv out on the red carpet in front of a million media outlets?! o_0

Luckily on Strong Heart, Yoonie clears it all up by explaining Park Shin Hye was having issues with the length of her dress. He was only looking out for her, which is why his eyes were cast down. Park Shin Hye even backed up his explanation.

So of course I’m going to ask what you think. Are the netizens being totally delusional, or is Yoon Si Yoon’s explanation just fiction?

NOPE not her CHEST, he looks like hes watching to make sure she is walking safely, he looks like he is looking towards her feet, esp. with those big heals and long dress, she is holding part of it up and he is being Gallant in making sure she does not trip on her own shoes and dress. No way are his eyes even toward her chest. She also looks like she is whispering something to him in regards to it.

obviously he IS looking at the bottom of the dress she was probably afraid to fall like the one that had that revealing dress and slipped it was such an embarassing fall
