Jaejoong’s Long-Lost Biological Mother Talks About the Past

The biological mother of JYJ’s Jaejoong will be appearing on TV Chosun’s talkshow “Daechaninsaeng.” In the show, she confessed that she never abandoned her son. After divorcing at a young age, she went through some tough times and someone she knew suggested that she let another family take care of her son Jaejoong. She never realized that it would turn into an adoption. She only met her son again after more than 20 years, when Jaejoong became a star. However, many started to criticize her, saying that she’s taking advantage of her son, and because of the rumors, she even had suicidal thoughts.

It was said that more stories will be told on the show later this week.

Don’t you think Jaejoong and his mother look similar?

things like this make me sad. people shouldn't criticize others when they don't know the full story. I for one am glad that she was able to find her son.

she probably had JJ at early age..but what happen to the husband? he never cared for both of them?...ppl will always think that way b'coz the boy is now famous and she just came out now that his famous? oh well!

Bless his heart...so difficult to have all your most personal circumstances out there for public consumption. No one knows either of their thoughts, feelings or reasons except them but, it is curious if she knew who was caring for her son why wait til he's rich and famous to make contact?

I don't think he looks that similar to her. And I'm slowly growing to care less and less what netizens write, though the timing is a little convenient. If Jaejoong has good people around him, he'll be fine.

If we saw a younger picture of her, I bet they would look very similar. I wish that the adoption thing didn't happen as much as it really does. I've been reading a bit about it, and a lot of young mothers are swindled out of their children so to speak. This happens all the time. It's very sad
