Lee Jong Hyuk Tweets a Picture of His “Ugly” Son

On January 30th, Lee Jong Hyuk tweeted, “Ugly,” with the above picture of his son Junsu.

The uploaded picture was of Junsu posing for the camera during the shooting of MBC’s Where Are You Going Daddy. Junsu’s killer smile is juxtaposed with his hilarious and adorable pose.

Where Are You Going Daddy is a variety show where five fathers (Lee Jong Hyuk, Kim Sung Soo, Sung Dong il, and Yoon Minsoo) take their son on a overnight trip to the countryside and it airs every Sunday at 5PM.

What do you think of this pic? Was Lee Jong Hyuk being too harsh, or is it all in good fun?

I think it was very rude on his part even if the intention was just as a joke.Words can hurt more than a thousand slaps in the face.This child will have to grow with that for the rest of his life as what his father posted on Twitter.There is going to be a lot of emotional and psychological damage.Lee Jong Hyuk in an interview spoke about his complex of looking ''ugly'' or people saying he was 'ugly".When we are adults things like this don't or might not affect us but for a child it could be the most painful experience to go through in life.I hope he never ever do this again to any of his kids.I know he knows very well how much that word hurts. Why give your child the same pain you are very familiar with,tell me why?....

He may have been joking but it was too harsh! I think the kid is so cute. Imagine how the kid would feel being told that he's ugly. Korean's already get unnecessary eye surgery to make their eyes bigger because they feel insecure. I think they look great either way and like I said the eye surgery is unnecessary but, by calling him ugly, don't you think they're only adding to his insecurities.

Oh please! He was joking, obviously the kid isn't ugly... He's not going to grow up traumatized if his parents are present, teach him well, are consistent and he's provided for. ...just my 10 cents...
