The second teaser for That Winter, the Wind Blows has been released! The teaser gives us a peek into the relationship between Song Hye Kyo and Jo In Sung. Kim Bum and Jung Eun Ji will be a part of the series as well.  Written by No Hee Kyung and directed by Kim Kyu Tae, this melodrama is about a man and a women who don’t believe in love. Premiering on February 13th, the melodrama will compete with—or complement!—the also-anticipated release of IRIS 2.
