Not only has Rain submitted a formal transfer to become a regular soldier, but he wants to be moved right to the front line, which covers the North and South Korean border. The Defense Media Agency has confirmed the submission of his request but Rain fans don’t worry, he hasn’t been transferred yet. The request still has to go through a process of review before any decision is made.
